Check Phone System Compatibility

To test the compatibility of your phone system, please download the Phone Test Tool. A step-by-step user guide is in the ZIP-file included. The tool offers two communication channels (TAPI and SIP).

You need only one of them to be able to use our addon. You can find a detailed guide here as well.

Download & Install TelephoneIntegration

Please download and install the TelephoneIntegration Server & Client from our Download Center. This requires a quick and free registration. If you are already registered, please simply login in order to download our solution.
